Content on this site is for general information. Product specifications, prices, and availability are indicative and confirmed only in a written quotation or contract.
Quotations & orders
- Prices are quoted in AED and are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
- Free placement is subject to eligibility (typically 50+ daily staff or equivalent footfall) and a signed placement agreement.
- Leasing terms, minimum periods, and maintenance obligations are set out in the relevant lease agreement.
Software
VendCloud management software is provided under a separate service agreement. Availability of specific features may depend on the machine model and connectivity at the installation site.
Warranty & service
Equipment warranties and service-level commitments (including response times) are described in the applicable purchase, lease, or placement agreement and apply in place of any implied terms to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, VendingUAE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
